• Liaison between family and facility, doctors and insurance companies.

• Assist with making medical and personal appointments

• Socialization assistance and monitoring - facilitating the integration of clients into activities and friendship opportunities, helping to alleviate boredom and loneliness.

• Facilitation of available group activities for client participation, keeping them active and engaged with their neighbors and communities.

• Oversight at facility and communication with facility staff regarding level of care, needs, preferences for client’s comfort and needs as expressed by the client and their core circle of support team members.

• Weekly visits with client to follow up on their care at facility or concerns.

Assessment of recommended daily equipment or living aids that could assist in independent functioning, improved safety and self-empowerment and self-confidence as needs arise

Keeping our client’s core support team and family involved in their care is at the center of Loving Arms. We offer weekly phone calls, conference calls, virtual visits and written reports and summaries; all based on the family’s preferences and needs. A family’s input is critical for us in assisting towards meeting the needs of the client.

• Assist in scheduling personal care appointments, such as hair appointments, manicures or pedicures.

• Assist in taking client’s shopping or the facilitation of a fun event with family and friends.
